Hello! My name is NaJaiyah Virgil, and I’m so glad you’re here. As your stylist, my goal is to provide more than just a service, I’m here to create an experience. From the moment you walk in, I want you to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in the quality you receive. To help ensure that every appointment runs smoothly for you and others, I do ask that we follow a few simple polices: -Grace period: There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $20 late fee will be applied. At 15 minutes late, the appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. -Cancellations: Life happens, but please be mindful. There is a 20% cancellation fee if you’re appointment is cancelled 24 hours and less before your appointment. -Before Your Appointment: Please make sure your hair is thoroughly washed and blow-dried. If not, please make sure to add it onto your service. -Hair Color: If you have not specified the desired color at least 48 in advance, your hair color will be defaulted to 1b. Colors that I offer: 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30, 350, 530, 613, violet, and mixtures of any colors listed -During Your Appointment: I offer complimentary snacks and beverages to make your time in the chair more relaxing. For services involving added hair, I also include apple cider vinegar rinses upon request to prioritize the health of your scalp. Time: The time allotted on the website is an ESTIMATE. Depending on the length, density, and thickness of your hair, your service time may vary. Please manage your time accordingly. -Payment: Your remaining balance can be charged with a card on file or paid in cash -Complimentary Chai: The drink you are offered is made with oat milk and whipped cream is added for flavor and aesthetics. You can request a “dairy-free” drink (this just means your drink will not have whipped cream). I take pride in offering a luxurious, detail-oriented experience where quality and comfort come first. Cancellation Policy
There is a 20% cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
There is a 50% fee for no-shows.
